Due to the unique, artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted under standard circumstances. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer the following options:
• Quality Concerns: If you receive a bracelet that is defective (e.g., broken stones or faulty craftsmanship) due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit, subject to availability. Shipping costs for replacements will be covered by Vibrastrings.
• Sizing Issues: Since our bracelets are adjustable, we encourage you to review the sizing guide before purchase. No exchanges or returns are available for size preferences.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or other non-defect reasons.
